Som ett led i en st&amp;ouml;rre satsning p&amp;aring; ekologiskt och milj&amp;ouml;anpassat jordbruk och b&amp;auml;ttre mat avs&amp;auml;tts medel f&amp;ouml;r milj&amp;ouml;f&amp;ouml;rb&amp;auml;ttringar och en ny satsning p&amp;aring; mat, ”Sverige – det h&amp;aring;llbara matlandet”.&lt;/p&gt;

Samtidigt f&amp;ouml;resl&amp;aring;r vi ett stort anslag f&amp;ouml;r omst&amp;auml;llning till hyggesfri skogssk&amp;ouml;tsel. Ett starkt djurskydd i Sverige v&amp;auml;rnas och vi &amp;ouml;kar Jordbruksverkets anslag f&amp;ouml;r djurskyddsverksamhet samt inf&amp;ouml;rande av en Djuretisk ombudsman. St&amp;ouml;det till bredbands- och fiberutbyggnad p&amp;aring; landsbygden &amp;ouml;kar i likhet med st&amp;ouml;det till naturbetesmarker. Sammantaget f&amp;ouml;resl&amp;aring;r V&amp;auml;nsterpartiet &amp;ouml;kade anslag med 1 005 miljoner kronor inom utgiftsomr&amp;aring;det.&lt;/p&gt;

V&amp;auml;nsterpartiet anser att det &amp;auml;r en intressant verksamhet men vi saknar konkreta milj&amp;ouml;- och klimatambitioner. D&amp;auml;rf&amp;ouml;r f&amp;ouml;resl&amp;aring;r V&amp;auml;nsterpartiet att projektet &amp;ouml;verg&amp;aring;r till ”Sverige – det h&amp;aring;llbara matlandet”. Med projektet vill vi fr&amp;auml;mja h&amp;aring;llbar mat; maten ska bidra till minskade utsl&amp;auml;pp och ett gott djurskydd. V&amp;aring;r m&amp;aring;ls&amp;auml;ttning &amp;auml;r att Sverige ska ha en h&amp;ouml;g sj&amp;auml;lvf&amp;ouml;rs&amp;ouml;rjningsgrad p&amp;aring; livsmedel och att fler i framtiden ska arbeta med att producera och f&amp;ouml;r&amp;auml;dla livsmedel. Vi vill d&amp;auml;rf&amp;ouml;r utveckla god, h&amp;auml;lsosam, milj&amp;ouml;v&amp;auml;nlig, n&amp;auml;rproducerad och djuretisk mat. Vi kallar det h&amp;aring;llbar mat.&lt;/p&gt;
    &lt;p class="Normal&amp;nbsp;Indent,Normal_indrag,Normal&amp;nbsp;Indrag" style="background-color: #ffffff; background-color: #ffffff; word-break-inside: hyphenate;"&gt;Med denna satsning vill vi &amp;ouml;ka intresset f&amp;ouml;r god och n&amp;auml;ringsriktig mat samt &amp;ouml;ka konsumtion och produktion av ekologisk och vegetarisk mat. M&amp;aring;let ska ocks&amp;aring; vara att de klimat- och milj&amp;ouml;p&amp;aring;verkande utsl&amp;auml;ppen inom livsmedelsproduktionen minskar och att andelen lokalproducerade livsmedel &amp;ouml;kar och syssels&amp;auml;ttningen stimuleras. Vidare ska den offentliga sektorns arbete med att st&amp;auml;rka kunskapen om att anv&amp;auml;nda klimatsmart och h&amp;auml;lsosam mat f&amp;ouml;rb&amp;auml;ttras. Vi v&amp;auml;nder oss s&amp;auml;rskilt till den offentliga sektorn, som t.ex. skolor, f&amp;ouml;rskolor, sjukhus och &amp;auml;ldreboenden. V&amp;auml;nsterpartiet f&amp;ouml;resl&amp;aring;r ett kraftigt &amp;ouml;kat anslag f&amp;ouml;r att st&amp;ouml;dja &amp;aring;tg&amp;auml;rder f&amp;ouml;r minskat n&amp;auml;ringsl&amp;auml;ckage, minskad anv&amp;auml;ndning av bek&amp;auml;mpningsmedel, ekologisk produktion samt bevarande av biologisk m&amp;aring;ngfald. Vi ser inte minst ett &amp;ouml;kat behov av resurser f&amp;ouml;r att bevara skyddszoner ut med vattenmilj&amp;ouml;er samt f&amp;ouml;r sk&amp;ouml;tsel av v&amp;aring;tmarker d&amp;aring; minskade milj&amp;ouml;ers&amp;auml;ttningar fr&amp;aring;n EU riskerar att f&amp;ouml;rsvaga detta arbete de kommande &amp;aring;ren.
